Deep Work Without Force

Slow, effective deep tissue massage for chronic tension, pain, and nervous system regulation.

The work is deep, but never forceful.

I help clients relieve chronic tension, pain, and nervous system stress through Sarga barefoot massage(science based mysofascial work), Craniosacral therapy, trigger point work, and hands-on deep tissue techniques.

If this sounds familiar, you’re in the right place

  • You’re dealing with chronic tension that never fully goes away.

  • Massage helps for a day or two, but the pain always comes back.

  • Your shoulders, neck, or low back feel tight no matter what you try.

  • You’ve tried deep tissue before, but it felt too intense, or didn’t create lasting change.

  • Or you’re simply tired of carrying stress, fatigue, and discomfort in your body.

This is where most massage falls short.
It works on the surface, but doesn’t address the deeper patterns driving tension and pain.

At Flow State, sessions are designed to work with your body differently.

By combining Sarga barefoot massage (science-based myofascial work), Craniosacral therapy, trigger point work, and hands-on deep tissue techniques with a nervous-system–aware approach, this work helps release tension at its source — not just temporarily, but in a way that creates lasting change.

offerings

  • massage therapy

Each session is a carefully blended experience of Sarga barefoot massage (science-based myofascial work), trigger point therapy, and hands-on deep tissue techniques, woven together to meet your body exactly where it is. Deep, slow, and responsive massage is our specialty.

Rather than forcing or pushing, this approach uses slow, intentional strokes and attuned pressure to invite your muscles and connective tissues to unwind.

The goal isn’t just to release tension — it’s to help your whole system reorganize. This work offers the depth of a traditional “deep tissue” session, but with an intelligent, nuanced touch that honors your body’s pace and the wisdom beneath the surface.

  • craniosacral therapy

Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a subtle, light-touch form of bodywork that works with the rhythm of your central nervous system to bring your body into greater balance. Using gentle contact, this approach helps release restrictions in soft tissues, especially fascia, allowing the body to unwind both physically and energetically.

This work can be especially supportive for those carrying the lingering effects of accidents, injury, emotional trauma, or chronic tension, and often complements other forms of therapy. Many clients notice relief from pain, improved sleep, a calmer nervous system, and a deeper sense of connection to themselves after a session.

CST is not massage; it’s an invitation for your system to reorganize from the inside out, using your body’s own rhythms as the guide.

  • prenatal massage

Pregnancy asks so much of the body—physically, emotionally, and energetically. These sessions offer a space to soften, breathe, and be supported as your body moves through its transformations.

Using a blend of gentle myofascial release, light to medium massage, and supportive positioning, prenatal bodywork helps ease tension, reduce swelling, and soothe the nervous system.

Beyond relaxation, these sessions create space for you to feel deeply held. Supporting not only the physical body but the emotional and energetic shifts of coming into parenthood.

  • breathwork journey

A breathwork intensive is a journey deep into the heart of who you are. Sarah will lead you through a direct experience of transformation + healing through the power of your own breath.

During the session, you are taken into a non-ordinary state of consciousness to access parts of yourself that usually function outside of your daily awareness.

Together, we will unlock emotions, traumas, and energy that has been suppressed so that we can feel, heal and reclaim our power.
