  • massage therapy

Each session is a blend of Deep Tissue, and Trigger Point work, Myofascial Release and Craniosacral Therapy woven together to meet your body exactly where it is.

Rather than forcing or pushing, this approach uses slow, intentional strokes and attuned pressure—light, medium, or deep—to invite your muscles and connective tissues to unwind.

The aim isn’t just to release tension, but to help your whole system reorganize. It offers the depth of a “deep tissue” session, but with a more intelligent, nuanced touch that respects your body’s pace and the wisdom beneath the surface.

  • craniosacral therapy

Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a subtle, light-touch form of bodywork that works with the rhythm of your central nervous system to bring your body into greater balance. Using gentle contact, this approach helps release restrictions in soft tissues—especially fascia—allowing the body to unwind both physically and energetically.

This work can be especially supportive for those carrying the lingering effects of accidents, injury, emotional trauma, or chronic tension, and often complements other forms of therapy. Many clients notice relief from pain, improved sleep, a calmer nervous system, and a deeper sense of connection to themselves after a session.

CST is not massage; it’s an invitation for your system to reorganize from the inside out, using your body’s own rhythms as the guide.

  • prenatal massage

Pregnancy asks so much of the body—physically, emotionally, and energetically. These sessions offer a space to soften, breathe, and be supported as your body moves through its transformations.

Using a blend of gentle myofascial release, light to medium massage, and supportive positioning, prenatal bodywork helps ease tension, reduce swelling, and soothe the nervous system.

Beyond relaxation, these sessions create space for you to feel deeply held—supporting not only the physical body but the emotional and energetic shifts of coming into parenthood.

Your body already knows how to heal.
Let’s create the space for it to listen.
