Meet Sarah Rae Nelson, LMT
I've spent the last decade paying close attention to what life does to a body.
Not just injury… but stress. Grief. Burnout. Pregnancy. Recovery. Joy.
The ways we brace against the world and the ways we slowly learn to soften again.
Over the years, I've become less interested in techniques (don’t worry, I’ve got plenty of ‘em) and more interested in discernment.
Every body tells a different story. Every Nervous system has adapted differently. Every person deserves care that’s responsive to who they are- not just where they hurt.
I don't believe in one-size-fits-all bodywork. I believe in learning how to listen.
In recent years, my studies have expanded beyond musculoskeletal pain and into women's physiology, nutrition, nervous system health, and the profound role that touch, intimacy, and connection play in human well-being.
Those studies continue to shape the way I listen, the questions I ask, and the care I provide.
My hope is simple.
That you leave feeling a little more at home in your body than when you arrived.
