what to expect at flow state bodywork
What to Expect at Flowstate
If your body has been feeling tight, overwhelmed, or “stuck” for a long time — you’re in the right place.
Many clients come in after trying everything:
massage that feels good for a day, stretching, rest, even other bodywork — but the tension keeps coming back.
This work is designed for something different.
What we do in a session
Each massage session is a focused blend of:
Sarga Barefoot Massage (science-based myofascial deep tissue work using controlled bodyweight pressure)
Trigger Point Therapy (precise release of chronic pain patterns)
Hands-on Deep Tissue Work (slow, targeted release of muscular tension)
Myofascial Release (working through connective tissue restrictions that hold long-term patterns)
Craniosacral Therapy (lighter touch, nervous system repatterining)
How this work is different
This is slow, structured, and deeply effective bodywork designed to change how your tissues hold tension over time.
Instead of forcing the body to relax, we work with:
pressure that your nervous system can actually receive
pacing that allows tissue to release instead of resist
techniques that target the source of chronic holding patterns
The goal is not temporary relief.
The goal is change your baseline.
What clients often notice
After sessions, clients often report:
Less chronic pain and tightness
Easier movement in the neck, back, and hips
A quieter, less reactive nervous system
Better sleep
Feeling more present in their body
Who this is for
This work is for people who are ready for something more effective than general massage.
It tends to resonate most with:
people in high-stress seasons of life
those with long-standing pain patterns
caregivers, professionals, and high-output bodies
people recovering from burnout or emotional load stored in the body
athletes looks for the ultimate recovery modality
Everyone is welcome on the table.
A note on approach
Sessions are always responsive to your body.
We don’t force release. We don’t push through pain.
We work slowly and precisely — so your system can reorganize instead of overwhelm.
